Fussy eating workshop

Online and in-person workshops aimed at parents and carers of children around one to six years old experiencing difficulties around stressful mealtimes and restrictive eating behaviours. This workshop covers:

  • Why can children develop fussy eating behaviours?
  • Planning for a positive mealtime – what can I do in advance?
  • Control and choice – getting the balance right.
  • At the table – techniques to use during mealtimes.
  • Talking about food – how our language plays a part.

REHIS Food Hygiene Courses

These REHIS-accredited courses improve skills and knowledge of food hygiene, food and health, and allergy awareness and are useful for gaining employment.

  • Learn all about food hygiene for home, volunteering, and for work.
  • Prepare, cook & serve food safely & confidently
  • Suitable for all ages/levels

Cooking for Families group

Parents and carers can join the six-week block of cooking to prepare a meal for a family of four to take home, finish off and feed their family. The first six-week blocks will begin on the following dates:

  • 24 February 2026
  • 21 April 2026

The group will run on Tuesdays from 12.30pm to 2.30pm at
