Individual wellbeing support

Sometimes it can be good to talk to an adult who is not in your family. They will listen to you, and you can do something fun together. As you get to know them, you can tell them about your feelings, worries and things that are going on in your life. It is good to have different people in your life you can talk to, and you will have the choice of what to do. The support can last as long as you need it.

Groupwork programmes

Learning about how to look after your mental health is an important skill for everyone to have. As part of this group, you will learn how to keep your mind and body healthy, manage your worries, plan for the future and learn ways to relax.

Groups are for children and young people aged eight to 18 years.

Outdoor and nature-based activities with Edinburgh and Lothian Green Space Trust

If you are aged between eight to 18 years get involved in our outdoor and conservation activities with other people your age. Outdoor activities support wellbeing and can help you feel better, learn ways to relax, feel calmer and how to cope with difficult feelings.

Counselling - 16 to 24 years (26 if care experienced)

Sometimes it can be hard to know what to talk about or where to start, but the counsellors are there to help you find a way to tell your story and find new ways of coping – whether this is through art, activities, games or talking.

You will agree with the counsellors about where your sessions should be and how many you will have. We will support you in private and help you explore and reflect on things that feel important to you in a way that suits you best.
