How we communicate with you

We will

  • send all owners and residents letters at key stages during the project. The letters will have information relevant to them eg surveys, vote, Scheme Decision, timetable for the work and costs
  • arrange drop-in sessions to answer any questions at key phases of the project
  • send all residents regular newsletters and post regular updates on the progress of any works on our website
  • have an on-site liaison officer (Case Officer) who will be your first point of call for all construction-related issues and information.
