Local Area Co-ordination
If you are over 16, and have a diagnosed low to moderate learning disability, with little or no funded package of support, we can support you with:
- training to travel on your own
- skills for independence
- community education and college
- skills for employment
- voluntary or paid employment
- signposting to other agencies like FAIR, Citizens Advice Bureau and Edindex for housing
- community connections
- promotion of your health and wellbeing.
