If you are contacting us by email, please include your 11-digit Council Tax account number which can be found in the top right-hand side of your bill.
You should include your Council Tax account number in the subject line of your email in the following format: 9<12345678>25
It is important that you preserve this formatting (including the < > brackets either side of the 2nd and 9th character of your account number) in the precise format as it is shown above.
This will allow your email is scanned to your Council Tax account automatically and ensures your enquiry will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
